How can i contact a passenger on a carnival ship?

I need to call a passenger on a carnival ship. I want to call the sattelite phone in the passengers cabin.

    It’s probably much cheaper to call the passenger’s cell phone. Satellite service runs $9-10 per minute. Cell service on the ship cost us $2.49 per minute using Verizon. This rate depends on your cell carrier’s international roaming rate, but is generally much lower than satellite service.

    Most Carnival ships have cell service, and you can text also. Texting costs the passenger $.05 to receive and $.50 to send. Again, these are Verizon rates.
