Where can I find cartoons on low cost to publish on my website?
I want to publish cartoons on my site relating to marriage. However, most of the cartoon sellers have tagged such cartoons with huge prices. Can someone tell a place where I can purchase marriage related cartoons on low price?

I would suggest that you DON’T copy other’s syndicted & copyrighted artwork, you can get a call from their lawyer very quickly.
Copyright infringement is serious and a LOT of cartoonists follow through. Especially when others see their work altered or put up on sites where it’s not supposed to be. Word gets around quickly.
What you can do is contact the bulletin boards where artists and cartoonists congregate and put a request out for cartoons regarding marriage, offering screen exposure to them. A lot of beginners will take you up on this if you phrase it nicely.
